What is Data Upload?

The Data Upload service allows users to populate data tables, update records, assign records, and more by uploading data via a CSV formatted file.

How do I send an email upon upload completion?

When uploading data via a CSV file with our Data Upload service, we offer the ability to send a status email to a user or users of your choosing. 

This can be done on the Advanced Settings when creating new records or updating existing records.

After clicking the "Send email upon upload completion" checkbox, you can add the email addresses to receive the status update. Once you have submitted the upload, check your email for the updates.
