What is Data Upload?

The Data Upload service allows users to populate data tables, update records, assign records, and more by uploading data via a CSV formatted file.

How do I access Data Upload?

In order to access the Data Upload service, you must have the following:

• A ZIM-enabled account

You'll also need one of the following User Management Policies:

• Server Admin
• Company Admin
• Data Upload Server Admin
• Data Upload Admin

To access Data Upload, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1. From inside the iFormBuilder Admin Portal, hover over the Mega Menu.

STEP 2. Under the Data section, select Upload.

You will be taken to the Data Upload dashboard. From here you will be able to upload new data, download reports, and view the status of previous uploads.
