BUG FIXES
- Fixed an issue with using Webforms on older versions of the Firefox browser.
- Fixed an issue where if you went to Webforms directly from an URL and then logged in again, you would possibly hit an error.
- Fixed an issue if the form had a disabled subform element, the user would not be able to hit "submit and new" to add more records.
