What is Sync Threshold?

The Sync Threshold check for network latency before the app starts its sync process. Depending on how this is set up on the server-side, it will prevent device sync if network latency is detecting. 

PLEASE NOTE: The sync threshold must be set up on the server-side by a Server or Company Admin.

How do I enable the sync threshold on my iOS device?

To enable the Sync Threshold, follow the instructions below.

STEP 1. From inside the iForm app, click the Settings menu in the upper left-hand corner.

STEP 2. On the following screen, click the Settings section.

STEP 3. Under the Advanced settings, click the Sync Threshold toggle to enable or disable. Green means that the Sync Threshold is enabled.
