What is SSO?
SSO stands for single sign-on and allows iFormBuilder to authenticate users with different identity systems such as Google, Microsoft, Ping, Okta, Auth0, etc.
What systems do we work with for SSO?
iFormBuilder supports SSO over SAML 2.0 protocol, so any identity provider which supports SAML 2.0 is a supported identity provider.
How does SSO WORK?
When a user wants to log in, they will be redirected to their company login page. If they are already logged in to the company system, they will be immediately sent back to iFormBuilder (assuming they have access). If they are not logged into the company identity system, they will need to do so before being sent back to iFormBuilder.
What do I need to get started with SSO?
You need to have our white label premium add-on and support from your identity management team to set up the integration.
How much does it cost?
SSO is included with our premium white label add-on.
