What is User Management?
The new User Management interface offers a brand new way to create, edit, and manage your iFormBuilder users and user groups. User Management, which operates through our Zerion Identity Management, gives you much more control over what users can see and do. By assigning users different policies, each with its own fine-grain permissions such as form building, managing users, creating user groups, and more. The new User Management interface provides you with the flexibility needed to create the best user experience.
How do I send notifications to users?
To send users a message on his or her device, please follow the instructions below.
STEP 1. From the Admin Portal, click the Mega Menu and select User Management.
STEP 2. Choose the users to whom you'll be sending the notification.
STEP 3. From the Batch Actions drop-down menu, select Notify Users.
STEP 4. Enter your message and confirm which users will receive the message and click Submit.
You'll receive confirmation of who the message was sent to. You may receive some error messages like the one below.
- No registered device found: This user has not logged into a device at any point and cannot receive any notifications until they do so.
STEP 5. Click Done to be taken back to the main User Management screen.
