BUGS

• Re-keying of the database didn't happen when a user went through the change password flow, prompting the user to enter the old password when the new password was needed. If you get an invalid username password message, we will direct users to the login screen. 
• Lookup display cell returned more data columns when using double quotes instead of single quotes.
• Fixed an issue where forms were not showing on the main form menu until after syncing the device even if forms had been downloaded previously.
