What is User Management?

The new User Management interface offers a brand new way to create, edit, and manage your iFormBuilder users and user groups. User Management, which operates through our Zerion Identity Management, gives you much more control over what users can see and do. By assigning users different policies, each with its own fine-grain permissions such as form building, managing users, creating user groups, and more. The new User Management interface provides you with the flexibility needed to create the best user experience.

How do I view licenses for a specific user?

To view licenses for a user in the User Management interface, please follow the instructions below.

PLEASE NOTE: By default, only active licenses for a user will be shown.

STEP 1. From the Admin Portal, click the Mega Menu and select User Management.

STEP 2. Find the user you'll be viewing licenses for and click the "eye" icon.

STEP 3. On the following screen, click the number listed next to License Count.

The licenses for that user will be shown on the next page.

PLEASE NOTE: Only active licenses are shown by default.
