What is User Management?

The new User Management interface offers a brand new way to create, edit, and manage your iFormBuilder users and user groups. User Management, which operates through our Zerion Identity Management, gives you much more control over what users can see and do. By assigning users different policies, each with its own fine-grain permissions such as form building, managing users, creating user groups, and more. The new User Management interface provides you with the flexibility needed to create the best user experience.

How do I delete licenses for a user?

To delete licenses for a user in the User Management interface, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1. From the Admin Portal, click the Mega Menu and select User Management.

STEP 2. Find the user you'll be deleting licenses for and click the "eye" icon.

STEP 3. On the following screen, click the number listed next to License Count.

STEP 4. Mark the box next to the user name and click the trashcan icon.

STEP 5. Type in DELETE and then click the Delete button.

STEP 6. Once it's finished processing, click Done.

A Walk-Me tutorial is also available for implementing this feature. Walk-Me can be accessed from the Tutorials tab inside the iFormBuilder Admin Portal.
