How do I connect my device to a Zebra Printer?

In order to use the Zebra Printing functionality, the printer needs to be connected to your mobile device. Please follow the below steps to do so.

PLEASE NOTE: In this example, we are using the Zebra QLN420 printer. Pairing may differ based upon the Zebra Printer you are using. Consult the user manual for the specific Zebra Printer for additional questions and troubleshooting.

This is available with iForm for Android 8.14.

STEP 1. Power on your Zebra printer and make sure it is discoverable.

STEP 2. On your Mobile Device, go to Settings and then Bluetooth. You will see a list of available devices.

STEP 3. Click on the printer (the name may be different depending on what it is named in the Zebra Setup). 

STEP 4. Your choice will pop-up. Click Pair to sync the device.

STEP 5. On the printer, click Accept.

Your mobile device will now show the printer as a paired device.

STEP 6. Next, we will be selecting the Zebra Printer for use within iForm. Open the iForm app and from the Settings screen select Bluetooth Devices.

STEP 7. On the following screen, select Zebra Devices.

STEP 8. Select your printer as the default printer you wish to use.

PLEASE NOTE: If your printer does not show up here please make sure it is shown as a paired device in the device settings.
