User Management User Groups

What are User Groups?
A User Group is a way to group users from a particular profile together in order to assign forms to many users at once instead of individually. Used in conjunction with Form Groups, this is an efficient method of assigning forms to many users at one time.
How do I add users to a User Group?
PLEASE NOTE: Users can also be added to a User Group in the following ways:
To add a user(s) to a User Group, please follow the instructions below.
STEP 1. From the Admin Portal, click the Mega Menu and select User Management.
STEP 2. Under the User Management menu, click the User Groups icon or the User Groups filter.
STEP 3. Click on the User Group, and click the + icon.
STEP 4. Click Add User to Group.
STEP 5. Choose the user(s) you wish to add to the User Group and click the Review.
STEP 6. Review the User Group information and click Save.
How do I add users to multiple User Groups?
You can also add users to more than one User Group at a time through our Batch Actions. To add a user(s) to multiple User Groups, please follow the instructions below.
PLEASE NOTE: Users can be added to a User Group when creating a user or when editing a user.
STEP 1. From the Admin Portal, click the Mega Menu and select User Management.
STEP 2. Mark the users you're adding to your User Groups and click the Assign to User Groups icon.
STEP 3. Mark the User Group(s) you'd like to add the users to and click Review.
STEP 4. On the following screen, click Assign.
STEP 5. Once the processing is complete, hit Done.
A Walk-Me tutorial is also available for implementing this feature. Walk-Me can be accessed from the Tutorials tab inside the iFormBuilder Admin Portal.
