User Management Users
PLEASE NOTE: These instructions are used specifically for the new User Management interface. If you’re still using the classic interface, there is currently no way to lock a user.

What is User Management?
The new User Management interface offers a brand new way to create, edit and manage your iFormBuilder users and user groups. User Management, which operates through our Zerion Identity Management, gives you much more control over what users can see and do. By assigning users different policies, each with its own fine-grain permissions such as form building, managing users, creating form groups, and more. The new User Management interface provides you with the flexibility needed to create the best user experience.
How do I lock a user?
Locking a user can be useful if a user has left the company or misplaced a device. To lock a user (or multiple users), please follow the instructions below.
STEP 1. From the Admin Portal, click the Mega Menu and select User Management.
STEP 2. Click the checkbox next to the user or users you wish to lock.
To lock multiple users at once, put a checkmark next to each of the users you want to lock.
STEP 3. Click the drop-down menu and select the Unlock Users icon.
STEP 4. Confirm you have the correct user(s) you wish to lock, and click Submit.
STEP 5. You will receive a notification of when the task is complete. Click Done to exit.
On the User Management screen, you will see the user is now locked (indicated by the red exclamation point icon).
