What are Dynamic Page Attributes?
Dynamic Attributes are the successor to those pesky Reference IDs. They will allow users to create new custom settings at the Page and Element level and do it in a much more organized and scalable fashion. As an example, we developed a way to allow the Time or Date-Time element to be shown in either a 12 or 24-hour time format.
It allows us as a company to create more new element features more quickly and efficiently.
How do I choose the order in which Location Priority is shown on the device?
To add the Map Priority attribute to a form, please follow the instructions below.
STEP 1. From inside the iFormBuilder portal, hover over the menu and select Form Builder.
STEP 2. Choose the form to which you'll be adding Map Priority.
STEP 3. With your form loaded in the Form Builder, click the Form Properties icon.
STEP 4. Click the Advanced Properties tab.
STEP 5. Under the Dynamic Attributes drop-down, choose Map Priority.
STEP 6. In the Map Priority window, you'll choose which metadata or elements you want to prioritize. These are the options you can choose from:
In the below example, I am using the data column name of an Esri element (this_is_my_esri_element) and a Location element (where_are_you_located). So the syntax in this example would be:
[“this_is_my_esri_element”,“where_are_you_located”]
If you were to use created and/or modified location, it would look something like this:
["created_location","modified_location"]
STEP 7. Click the Map Priority icon and you'll see it defaults to Show Top Location Only which in this example is the Esri element and why it shows 2 records.
If you were to deselect Show Top Location Only, you would see all the records (in this example, its 3 records).
