2020 Breaking Change: TLS 1.1 Connections on app.iformbuilder.com

• What: Disabling TLS 1.1 connections for accounts on app.iformbuilder.com
• When: January 11, 2020

This is a notice for customers using app.iformbuilder.com to inform you that this environment still allows TLS 1.1 connections, which is not recommended. In an effort to keep bad guys out of places they don't belong, we will disable this option on January 11, 2020.

Create a calendar reminder.

PLEASE NOTE: After clicking the link to create the calendar event, we recommend changing the notification to 1 week before as shown below:

We know you might have some concerns about disrupting users in the field, which is why we made it convenient to test your devices ahead of time. If anything should come up (unlikely for modern devices and browsers), we are providing alternate means to access the system.

We can’t stress enough that you should try to test this change as soon as you can coordinate with your team. To help with those efforts we have crafted a message for you to send to users in the field which you will find below.

Sample Message for Users

"Hi team, our iFormBuilder account is getting an upgrade, and I would like to make sure it won't cause you any trouble in the field. Can you please open the web browser on your phone, tablet, and computer and see if you can load this page. If everything is working, you should see an iFormBuilder login screen like the screenshot below.

If for any reason you see just a plain white screen or an error message, please take a screenshot and share it with me, so I can review with the iFormBuilder team."
