What are Dynamic Attributes?
Dynamic Attributes are the successor to those pesky Reference IDs. They will allow users to create new custom settings at the Page and Element level and do it in a much more organized and scalable fashion. As an example, we developed a way to allow the Time or Date-Time element to be shown in either a 12 or 24-hour time format.

What does the Sort Attribute do?
The Sort Dynamic Attribute will allow users to choose the order in which columns are displayed.
PLEASE NOTE: This Dynamic Element Attribute is available with iForm for iOS 8.36 and iForm for Android 8.11.
How do I sort Lookup data?
To implement the Sort Dynamic Attribute, follow the instructions below.
STEP 1. Highlight the Lookup element where you'll be applying the Sorting Attribute and from the Dynamic Attributes drop-down, select Sorting.
STEP 2. From the Column Name drop-down, select the column you'll be sorting the data by and choose whether you want the data displayed in Ascending or Descending order.
STEP 3. Click + More to add extra parameters if needed or save your form if no other parameters are needed.
STEP 4. Test the Dynamic Attribute on your device. In this example, the employee name will be shown in ascending order.
What element types support sorting?
The below elements support the Sort Attribute when using in conjunction with the Lookup element.
