What are Dynamic Attributes?

Dynamic Attributes are the successor to those pesky Reference IDs. They will allow users to create new custom settings at the Page and Element level and do it in a much more organized and scalable fashion. 

It allows us as a company to create more new element features more quickly and efficiently.

How do I disable the delete all records functionality?

With the release of iForm for Android 8.8 and iOS 8.34, we introduced the ability to delete all records from the device with a push of a button. Some admins may not wish for their end users to have this functionality.

In order to do disable the Delete All Records enhancement, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1. From the Admin Portal, hover over the Forms tab and select Form Builder.

STEP 2. Load your form and then click the Form Properties icon.

STEP 3. Click the Advanced Properties tab and from the Dynamic Attributes drop-down, select Disable "Delete Record" Button on Device.

STEP 4. Enable the toggle and save your changes.

Be sure to test it out on your device. The Delete Records icon should be grayed out.
