How do I delete all records for a form on my iOS device?

With the release of iForm for iOS 8.33, users will have the ability to delete all records for a form all at once instead of having to delete each record one at a time. To do so, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1. With the iForm app open, navigate to the record view of the form.

STEP 2. From the Record View, click the delete icon.

STEP 3. You will be given the following choices for deleting records:

• Delete Draft Records: This option allows you to delete only those records which are in a draft state (indicated by the Pencil icon).
• Delete Uploaded Records: This option will delete any records that have been successfully synced to the server from the device (indicated by the Checkmark icon).
• Delete All Records: This option will delete all records for this form regardless of the record's status.

In this example, we'll be deleting all records from the form.

STEP 4. Swipe the toggle to enable and click YES (Delete) to confirm.

Records are now deleted and removed from the Record View.
