What is Client Customization?

Client Customization gives you the ability to customize how the app appears on the device from a custom title to a custom font colors and more. If you have a Dedicated Database, each company profile can be uniquely customized.

PLEASE NOTE: This is for customization inside the app only. If you're looking for a custom-branded version of the software including your own logo you may be interested in our White Label.

How do I add a custom help link?

iFormBuilder allows you to add a custom help link inside the app where you can point your users for helpful information they may need. To do so, please follow the instructions below.

PLEASE NOTE: You must be a Company or Server Admin to perform this action.

STEP 1. From inside the iFormBuilder admin portal, hover over the Company tab and click Company Info.

STEP 2. Scroll down to the Client Customization section and click Edit Company Info.

STEP 3. In the Custom Help Link field, put the web address for your link.

PLEASE NOTE: Be sure to add https:// in front of your address as shown.

STEP 4. Click Save.

STEP 5. On your device, from inside the app, click the help link icon.

You will be taken to the webpage.
