What is iForm ES for Android?

iForm ES for Android adds a higher level of security to the standard iForm application. Going beyond the standard Android security protocol, iForm ES is engineered with a secure workflow in mind.

How do I log into ES after changing my password?

If you change your password at any time and use iForm ES to collect data, please follow the instructions below on how to log in properly on the ES app.

PLEASE NOTE: You must remember your previous password in order to log in after creating a new password.

STEP 1. From the challenge screen of the iForm ES app, type in your old password.

PLEASE NOTE: You can also close the app from the background of the device and skip ahead to Step 4.

STEP 2. From inside the app, click the Gear icon.

STEP 3. Logout of the app.

STEP 4. After clicking Logout, you will receive an Invalid username/password error. Click Back to Login to log in with your new password.

STEP 5. From the main login screen, type in your new password and click Sign In.

STEP 6. In order to update the database password to your new password, type in your old password and click Submit.

The ES app will sync and you'll receive the following message:

You are now able to log in with only your new password.
