What is Client Customization?

Client Customization gives you the ability to customize how the app appears on the device from a custom title to a custom font colors and more. If you have a Dedicated Database, each company profile can be uniquely customized.

PLEASE NOTE: This is for customization inside the app only. If you're looking for a custom-branded version of the software including your own logo you may be interested in our White Label.

How do I add a custom title to my form menu?

iFormBuilder allows you to add a custom title at the top of your form menu. To do so, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1. From inside the iFormBuilder admin portal, hover over the Company tab and click Company Info.

STEP 2. Scroll down to the Client Customization section and click Edit Company Info.

STEP 3. In the Custom Title field, enter your title.

STEP 4. Save your customization.

STEP 5. Test it out on your device.

PLEASE NOTE: If you don't see the custom title on your device, re-sync your device. If switching between accounts/profiles you may also need to Clean Local Database.
