What is Client Customization?

Client Customization gives you the ability to customize how the app looks on the device. If you have a dedicated database, each company profile can be uniquely customized.

What is the Idle Timeout?

After a certain amount of app inactivity on the iForm ES and iForm Kiosk apps, the password screen will pop up and the user will not be able to continue until the password has been re-entered. 

PLEASE NOTE: The default idle timeout is set to -1, which means the timeout is turned off. 

How do I adjust the Idle Timeout?

To adjust the idle timeout, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1. From inside the iFormBuilder admin portal, hover over the Company tab and click Company Info.

STEP 2. Scroll down to the Client Customization section and click Edit Company Info.

STEP 3. In the Idle Timeout in Seconds field, enter the amount of time before the user will be prompted to re-enter his or her password.

STEP 4. Save your customization.
