How do I add options to an existing Option List?
To add options to an existing Option List using CSV Upload, follow the instructions below.
STEP 1. From inside the iFormBuilder admin portal, hover over the Forms tab and select Form Builder.
STEP 2. Click the Option Lists button.
STEP 3. Search for your Option List and load it.
The existing Option List currently has two options, Yes and No.
STEP 4. Click the Upload Options icon.
STEP 5. Click the CSV Upload tab.
STEP 6. Click Choose File and select the CSV file you're using to add options to the Option List.
PLEASE NOTE: If you need an example of the CSV format, click Download Example to use as a guide.
Leave the empty and replace current options unchecked, as checking it will delete any options you currently have in the Option List and replace them with your latest options.
STEP 7. Click Upload.
The new option is now added to your Option List.
