Below is an explanation of the problem.

Ex: Form A is the parent form, which has two photo subform elements that both reference a common photo form (Form B). If you filled out a record in the first subform element and the second element when the data was uploaded to the server both records would be linked to the second element. 

Looking at the record in the list view, we see a link to Photos1 subform, but when you click on that it will display the empty screen shot below. When you click on Photos2 it will display the two records screen shot below.
