How do I filter records based on a date?

If you want to filter records based on certain dates, the Select a Date Range will allow you to do just that. Follow the instructions below on how to do so.

PLEASE NOTE: The dates used in this filter reflect the record created date.

STEP 1. From the Data tab, click the Filter Icon of the form you wish to filter.

STEP 2. Enter the date range for which you want to filter the records in the YYYY-MM-DD format.

The following screen will show all the records which fall into the date criteria.

STEP 3. Navigate back to the Data tab.

The Filter Icon will now be highlighted.

PLEASE NOTE: Until you clear the date filter, any data you export from the form will be limited to the records within the date range.
