What is the Multi-Select element?
The Multi-Select element is similar to the Pick List element, except users may select multiple items from the assigned Option List.
How do I add a Multi-Select element to my form?
To add a Multi-Select element, please follow the instructions below.
STEP 1. From inside the form builder, click the Multi-Select button from the left-hand menu. You'll see it populate the device view.
STEP 2. On the right-hand side, you'll see the element properties. Enter the name of your element.
PLEASE NOTE: If you check the Based on Label option, it will create a data column based on the Label on the element.
STEP 3. Scroll down the right-hand menu to the Option List section and click Option Lists.
STEP 4. From the Inline Option List Manager screen, you can choose an existing Option List (A) or create a new one (B). In this example, we'll be assigning an existing Option List.
STEP 5. Select the Option List you wish to attach and click Assign Selected.
STEP 6. Click Save.

I have made a multi-select option for my form and one of the items is "other". How do I allow the user to add comments when they select this? Is this done through a conditional value?
