What is an Option List?

An option list is just what it sounds like; a list of options the user can choose from when collecting data.

What is Raw Upload?

Raw Upload is a way of creating and editing your Option Lists by pasting values in the list (or typing them in directly).

How do I edit an Option List via Raw Upload?

To edit an Option List from via Raw Upload, follow the instructions below.

STEP 1. From the admin portal, hover over the Forms tab and select Form Builder.

STEP 2. Click Option Lists.

STEP 3. Search for your Option List and select it.

STEP 4. Click the Upload Options icon.

STEP 5. Paste (or type in) the new options of your Option List.

You'll have three choices of where to insert the new options.

• Insert at Top or Bottom: This will place the options either above of the Option List or at the below the previous options in the list.
• Below Sort Order: Each option has a Sort Order. Choosing this will allow you to decide below which of the previous options the new options will be inserted.
• Empty and Replace Current Options: This will delete the current options in the list and replace them with your new options.

STEP 6. After choosing which way to edit the Option List, click Upload.

Your Option List will now be updated with your edits.
