ZERION IDENTITY MANAGEMENT

To reset your forgotten ZIM password, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1

From the Zerion Console login screen, click "FORGOT PASSWORD?".

Step 2

Fill in your username (A) and company name (B).

Step 3

Paste in the Recovery Access Code you or your admin were given when creating your user.

PLEASE NOTE: If you don't have an access recovery code, please contact the person that created your user and ask them to provide it to you.

Step 4

Type in your new password (A) and confirm the new password (B).

Step 5

Click Reset.

Step 6

After the password has been reset, you will be given a new recovery code to replace the one you just used. Click Download.

PLEASE NOTE: Make sure to keep the Recovery Code as this is the ONLY way to login if you forget your password in the future.
