ZERION IDENTITY MANAGEMENT

To create a ZIM user, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1

From inside the Zerion Console, select Identity Access Management.

Step 2

From the left-hand menu, click Users.

Step 3

Click Create.

Step 4

Fill out all the user fields and click Create.

Step 5

After the user is created, you will be prompted to download the Access Recovery Code for that user.  Click Download.

PLEASE NOTE: This code is the ONLY way to login for the user if they forget their password it and can not be retrieved later. Keep Access Recovery Code somewhere very safe.
