What is a Zerion Dataflow?
Zerion Dataflows provide organizations Big Data capabilities including long term storage, data management, processing and integration without having to invest millions of dollars and a dedicated team.

What is a RecordSet?
RecordSets are storage locations for data saved within a Zerion Dataflow. These RecordSets and the actions associated with them are the foundations for Zerion Dataflows.

What is a Zerion Dataflow Email action?
Zerion Dataflows has the ability to send email messages which can be static or dynamic, using data from the preceding RecordSet.
How do I create an Email action?
To create a Zerion Dataflow Email action, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1
From inside the Zerion Console, select Dataflow Automation.
STEP 2
From the left-hand menu, click Connections.
Step 3
Click +New Connection.
Step 4
Configure the email connection for the email account and from the drop-down select Email.
Once you've selected Email, fill out the required fields.
PLEASE NOTE: The example setup below will work for Google email accounts (other providers settings may vary).
Step 5
Click Save.
STEP 6
Load the Dataflow to which you'll be adding the Email action.

STEP 7
With the RecordSet selected, click the Actions drop-down menu and select Email.
Step 8
Give your Email action a name and choose your email connection.
STEP 9
From the Email Options tab, configure who you want to send the message to as well as the message template.
Step 10
Click Save.
