The Pick List allows users to choose options from a predefined list known as an Option List. It is similar to the select widget, except it opens a new window within the application that lets the user see the choices in a more accommodating view. Use this element if a select widget is too small to handle your list.

STEP 1. From inside the form builder, click the Pick List button from the left-hand menu. You'll see it populate the device view.

STEP 2. On the right-hand side, you'll see the element properties.  Enter the name of your element (A), and if you like, a description of what information should be entered in the element when collecting (B).  

PLEASE NOTE: If you check the Based on Label option, it will create a data column based on the Label on the element.

STEP 3. Scroll down the right-hand menu to the Option List section and click Option Lists.

STEP 4. From the Inline Option List Manager screen, you have the choice to either create a new Option List (A) or choose an existing Option List (B).  In this example, we'll be assigning an existing Option List.

STEP 5. Select the Option List you wish to attach (A) and click Assign Selected (B).

STEP 6. Click Save.
