How do I log into the iForm app?

To log into the iForm app for Android, please follow the steps below.

STEP 1. From inside the Android app, click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.

STEP 2. Click on Username.

STEP 3. Type in your username and click OK.

STEP 4. Click Password.

STEP 5. Type in your password and select OK.

STEP 6. Click Settings.

STEP 7. Sync the app.

All forms, records, and assignments will download.
