To filter your data, please follow the instructions below.
STEP 1: From the Mega Menu, navigate to the Data Views.
STEP 2: Click the Filter icon for the form you wish to filter.
STEP 3: Choose the criteria by which you want to filter the data and click Set Filter.
Note: The Date Range filter is based on GMT time and CREATED_DATE metadata and Date Elements are based on GMT time, so depending on your location, you may need to adjust the range to get the results you are looking for. The Company Info Time Zone selected is what the data and metadata will be displayed as.
STEP 4: You will be taken to the ListView and shown only those records which fit within your filter.
Back on the Data Views screen, you'll see the Filter icon has now been filled in, indicating that the form's data is filtered.
HOW DO I EXPORT MY FILTERED DATA?
STEP 1: After filtering the data, navigate back to the Data tab.
STEP 2: Highlight the filtered form, and select one of the export options.
