What are the KickStart training programs?

The KickStart training programs are designed as a support tool to help all users become successful in using the iFormBuilder platform. 

By participating in one of the KickStart training programs, users will:

• Learn about best practices, solutions and managing through hands-on activities.
• Become familiar with the product and its capabilities.
• Go step-by-step through the process of building a successful project.
• Discuss 3rd Party Integration options and how they can improve work-flow.
• Familiarize themselves with iFormBuilder features (Scoring, ESRI ArcGIS, Analytics and more!)
• Gain confidence to make informed decisions.

What's the difference between KickStart Lite and the full KickStart?

KickStart Lite

The "iForm Team" plan, includes our KickStart Lite training program.  KickStart Lite Training is a personalized time designed to help you and your team become familiar (and stay familiar) with our product and solutions to assist you in making informed decisions. Each KickStart begins with a discussion about the current use of the platform, short term and long term of usage and any questions, needs and wants.  

KickStart

The "iForm Business" and "Zerion Enterprise" Plan, include our KickStart training program. In addition to what is covered in the KickStart Lite, the KickStart program also includes the best practices in setting up and managing a dedicated database and a brief introduction to the API.

Why should I participate in a KickStart?

This Training program is designed to help and continue to help newly upgraded and current users with their iFormBuilder account.  Don't let the name fool you, this is not just for beginners.  If you are in the process of expanding the use of the iFormBuilder platform to other areas or your company, the KickStart programs can be devoted to getting these members up to speed. The more members or your team the better!

PLEASE NOTE: If you've already completed the KickStart training but would like to go through it again, the training can be purchased by contacting your Customer Success Manager. 

What should I expect from a KickStart training?

This program gives participants the opportunity to gain confidence to make informed decisions about the product and its capabilities. Gain a greater knowledge of best practices with managing forms, users and form building. Because this training is individualized for each company, you will have the opportunity to ask questions specific to your use and management. After the completing the training, each participant should be confident in their use of the platform and their project.  

How do I participate in a KickStart training?

Once your account has been set-up, an iFormBuilder agent will contact you about setting up your KickStart Lite or KickStart sessions.  Once scheduled, GoToMeeting will be used to share screens and record the session. Each recorded session (as well as additional materials) are then uploaded to Zerion Academy and made available to your team only. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you already have an iFormBuilder paid plan and haven't participated in a KickStart yet or would like to purchase one, email your Customer Success Manager and he or she will get back to you about setting up a time. If you are unsure of who your Customer Success Manager is, feel free to ask a chat agent.
