Unknown host: Unable to resolve host "iformbuilder.com": No address associated with hostname

This error typically occurs when the device tries to sync but has poor connectivity.  If the user is trying to collect data in a low connectivity area, the user can turn off the Auto-Sync and Sync on Start feature.  Before attempting to upload data to the server, should wait until they are in an area with a strong internet connection.
