GENERAL USER PROFILE INFORMATION

Below are the fields contained in a user's profile for which can provide details and different permissions for the user.

• Usernames

Each username must be unique to their profile. Usernames are used to access the admin portal as well as his or her device.

• Fist Name

This field is not required but can be used with built-in functions such as iformbuilder.firstName.

• Last Name

This field is not required but can be used with built-in functions such as iformbuilder.lastName.

• Email

This is the user's email address. This is important if the user needs to reset his or her password for any reason.

• Initial Password

This is the password with which you'll set up the user. This can be changed by the user at a later time.

• Initial Password Confirm

Confirm the initial password to ensure it matches.

• Rights to create forms

This option allows a user to create their own forms. This option by itself does not allow a user to edit forms created by other users. You would also need to my the user a Company Admin.

• Company Admin

Making a user a Company Admin with the right to create forms will allow that user to be able to edit forms created by other users in the profile. Company admins can create users, build forms and view data.
