What is Scoring?
Scoring leverages a familiar interface that allows you to define the Question Weight and Score for each input.
PLEASE NOTE: Scoring only applies to Option List driven elements such as Select, Pick List, and Multi-Select.
How do I add Scoring to my forms?
To add Scoring to a particular form, please follow the instructions below.
STEP 1. From the admin portal, hover over the Forms tab and click Scoring.
PLEASE NOTE: Only Admins have access to the Scoring option under the Forms tab.
STEP 2. Highlight the form you wish to score and click Edit.
STEP 3. Add weight to each of your questions. The weight of a question indicates how many points a correct response receives. Each question can carry a unique weight used to determine total points possible.
STEP 4. Score your questions. A question may be scored using complete (1), incomplete (0), N/A (-999) or a decimal value between 1 and 0.
In the case of a multiple-choice question, one answer may receive full credit (1), while a different answer may receive partial (.5) credit for the same question. You also have an option for Not Applicable (-999) which excludes the question from the total possible points.
STEP 5. Click Save.

Where do I set up the question score? I can t see where to access this screen?
In the New Form Builder, go to option lists, select your option list and then click the small gray bubble marked "scoring". This will open the scoring column
Ho do I access this Scores (recordScore, baseScore) from another form i.e parent, Subform ?
Does the total score for each questions show on the XML report? And, can these be summed into a single score?
Example:
Electrical Risk Score [total score for all electrical items] etc
