HTML View
You can use the HTML View to see how your reports will look if they are being emailed.
Select the Form you want to view (A) and click HTML (B).
HTML View presents all data collected in a stacked list with each record being displayed one on top of the other.
It should be noted that by default when a single record is selected in the List View it will be displayed in HTML format.
