iFormBuilder Company Administrators have the ability to customize the E-mail and PDF reports that are generated while in data view. To add a custom logo, first navigate to 'Company' tab, pull down and click 'Company Info', then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Edit Report" button located under 'Report Customization'.
Adding Custom Report Logo
Once you are inside the editing page click on "Choose File" and add a logo of your choice. Be sure the image is no larger than 764x78. If it is larger than that it will get resized and will not be of optimal quality. Once you have chosen the logo of your choice, click on the "Upload File" button. If you have chosen the correct file it will appear beside the "Choose File" button as shown in the screen shot below.
After a few moments you will see your logo appear on the right side of the screen.
If you are not satisfied with the logo you chose, simply hit the "Clear Logo" icon and the logo will be deleted. Another handy button to utilize is the "Reset" button. This button allows you to revert to the logo and other configurations you had before you started working, but before hitting "Save Configuration".
Once you hit "Save Configuration" you cannot revert back to the previously entered logo and information. Instead you would have to re-upload the logo and configure everything again. So for instance, if you uploaded a new logo and then said, oops, this isn't what I wanted, all you have to do to recover your original logo is hit "Reset". This will automatically bring up the logo you had in place before.
Once you are finished editing the report, be sure to click "Save Configuration" located at the top of the page. If you do not hit this button and navigate away from this page, your work will not be saved.
Adding Text Header
Instead of an image logo, you can add text. Use the text field box to enter your header name and click "Update Text" to view it in the preview or "Clear Text" to remove it. Make sure to save your configuration once you have the header you want. You can also customize the color, font, font size and style.
PLEASE NOTE: If you want to prevent users from adding any unnecessary/harmful XSS payload, scripts or popups in the text field, please reach out to support@zerionsoftware.com.
