Why am I getting a company not active error?
This error can occur for the following reasons:
- Your free trial has expired.
- Your paid account has moved into inactive status due to non-payment. PLEASE NOTE: If this is the case, you'll need to reach out to your Account Manager to discuss your account options.
- Your company has moved to a Dedicated Database. If this is the case, you'll want to point to your company's unique URL (companyname.iformbuilder.com) instead of app.iformbuilder.com.
