iFormBuilder Common Questions

In order to close your iFormBuilder account, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager and they will be able to assist with getting your account closed. If you're unsure who your CSM is, please reach out to support either via chat or by sending an email to the Support Team.

PLEASE NOTE: Closing your account will delete all forms and data collected for this account. If you need the data, we suggest exporting it before closing out the account.
