What is a Dedicated Database?

A Dedicated Database provides a heightened level of data security, flexibility, individual company profiles and customization in your own private database within the iFormBuilder Cloud. It includes access to a robust API that supports both inbound and outbound requests.

What is a Profile?

A Profile is a space in the server that has its own users, forms, and data. You can create as many profiles as you would like, each with its own unique ID. As a Server Admin, you can oversee the different profiles by going to “Manage Profile” in the menu’s Server section.

To manage a profile, select the profile row and click the “Manage” button. The Profile ID will appear in the top right corner of the page next to the sign-out button to inform you of the profile you are managing and/or viewing.

Please note that when you log into your iFormBuilder account, you will be taken to the profile that your username was created in.
