How do I make a copy of an existing form?

To make a copy of a form you've already created in the Form Builder, please follow the instructions below.

PLEASE NOTE: The maximum character length for a Table Name is 50. Keep this in mind if you plan on making a copy of the form as _copy will be added to the Table Name of the copied form. This could cause an issue if the form name is close to the 50 character limit before copying.

STEP 1. From the iFormBuilder admin portal, hover over Forms and select Form Builder.

STEP 2. Search for the form you wish to copy.

STEP 3. Click the Copy icon.

STEP 4. Press Confirm to create the copy.

Form assignments do not copy over when copying a form. You can assign the copied form to a user through the Form Assignments tab.
