iForm for iOS Collect

How do I collect data using the iForm app?

STEP 1. To begin collecting data using in the iForm app you must first have Collect Rights to the form or forms you'd like to collect data with. This right is assigned from the Form Assignment page.

STEP 2. Once you have Collect rights, log into the iForm app and sync the device.

The forms assigned to you will begin to download.

STEP 3. After the forms have downloaded, choose the form for which you'll be collecting data. 

STEP 4. Complete the record, and Submit.

PLEASE NOTE: If you're not ready to submit, you can save the record and continue with it at a later time.
