How do I automatically sync when uploading a record?
With Auto Sync enabled, your device will try to automatically sync records when hitting Submit or Done when completing a record.
PLEASE NOTE: If you're working in a disconnected environment, we recommend turning Auto Sync off. This will keep you from receiving a connection error message when launching the app.
To set your Auto Sync preference, please follow the steps below.
STEP 1. From inside the iForm app, click the Settings menu in the upper left-hand corner.
STEP 2. On the following screen, click the Settings section.
STEP 3. Click the Auto Sync toggle to enable or disable. Green means it is enabled.
