This article is intended to support the Disruptathon audience.  

Launch the application by tapping on the Disruptathon icon from your device home screen. 

Enter the survey ID, and press the "Sync Data with Server" button. Your event forms will begin to download.

When the sync completes, you will see a summary report of everything that was downloaded. If you the connection drops out or the device falls asleep, please perform another sync to make sure you have downloaded all forms and you see the "Synchronization successful" message.

Tap on any of the forms in the menu below to complete the survey.
