iFormBuilder requires one of our FREE clients available on the App Store (iForm, iForm ES or iForm Kiosk) and a monthly or annual subscription. You can change your plan at anytime. There are no set-up or cancellation fees. You can test out iForm by signing up for our 30-day free trial.
