This Friday April 4, 2014, we'll be launching iFormBuilder's all new Customer Success Center. Here'a a preview of what's in store!
The Search Bar is a great tool for getting the answers you need from the Customer Success Center. By asking complete questions instead of using keywords in your search, you'll have a greater chance of finding the answers you are looking for. See the example below.
The results will show articles published by the iFormBuilder team as well as articles posted by members of the community.
On the landing page of the new Customer Success Center, you will also see three buttons Get Started (A), Help Desk (B) and Community (C).
If you are new to the platform, the Get Started section is great place to begin. The Get Started button will take you to the Announcements/Welcome Forum which includes our Basic Training Videos, our Getting Started FAQs, Release Notes and much more.
Clicking the Help Desk button will take you to the iFormBuilder Table of Contents. This will give you an overview of our Knowledge Base content including Common Questions, JavaScript tips and a breakdown of our Widgets.
The Community forum is an all new feature within the Customer Success Center. This forum is a place for you to come and interact with your fellow iFormBuilders. Ask questions, share ideas and learn best practices from your peers. Don't be afraid to ask questions and share your ideas. This community should be one of your most useful resources.
