Enhancements:
- Updated the Trigger Post logic to send more messages when bulk records are selected.
- Updated the 'Mapbox Default Profile map views' to default to zero (0) when new profiles are created.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where creating a filter in the Stored Filter page would take a long time to load if there are a lot of elements.
- Fixed an issue where check boxes were not displaying for 'View' permission column in the Form Assignment page when there were 25,000+ users.
