What is Usage Analytics?

Usage Analytics provides an overview of some key account metrics. Only Admins can see this option under the Company section and your view and experience may differ based on your user access role.

What are Monthly Device transactions?

Monthly Device transactions include any new or updated records created from the iForm app or Webforms. To clarify, this tracks record transactions and not devices. Please note that a transaction will be counted separately. For example, a parent record with 6 subforms will count as 7.

• This is displayed as daily and monthly summaries.
• A Server Admin will see the entire server environment.
• A Company Admin will see a summary of the profile they are in.
• You can navigate through 12 months of history.

What are Monthly API calls?

Monthly API calls include any request sent to the REST API and any outgoing Post Data requests. An API call to the server, per call, counts as one call.

• This is displayed as daily and monthly summaries.
• A Server Admin will see the entire server environment.
• A Company Admin will see a summary of the profile they are in.
• You can navigate through 12 months of history.

What are Public Link submissions?

Public Link submissions include all submissions for Public Link forms for the specified time period.

• You can only view a monthly summary.
• A Server Admin can select from different profiles and pages. The profiles and pages in the dropdown will only be listed once a public link submission has taken place.
• A Company Admin can only see the profile they are in and select from a dropdown list of pages. A page will only be listed once a public link submission has taken place.
• 'Current Submissions' is how many submissions have come through compared to how many are allowed for the current month.

What are Mapbox Statistics?

Mapbox Statistics includes all map loads in the Web Map View page.

• This table view is only available to Server Admins.
• It allows for one month and one profile view at a time for all the view for that month.
• If this feature is enabled but never used, it will not show in the dropdown menu.
