Public Links Error Messages

Error: Data cannot be collected via this link as it has been disabled due to Server Admin is deleted or does not exist. Please contact your administrator.

If you receive this error message, this is because the username that has activated Public Links for the server has been deleted.

As a Server Admin, you can confirm who activated Public Links by logging into the control panel and going to the 'Server Info' page and scrolling to the 'Public Link' section where it will have a row that says 'Public Link Activated By'.

To resolve this, after following the steps above, click on the 'Update Public Link User' button. This will reassign the the 'Public Link Activated By' to the logged in user clicking this button.
